With over 20 years of experience in PR, brand strategy, brand launch, and casting in the fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and events sectors, I have a background in these fields.
We have worked to articulate the brand's value and refine it into a form that is easily understood, while simultaneously discovering the individuality and potential of each talent and model, and designing a way of presenting themselves and shaping their career direction.
In 2023, Maison.8 was established.

Looking back on my career so far, major turning points have always involved connections and encounters with people.
In particular, the experience of discovering the charm and potential of an individual and turning it into a career has become the foundation of who I am today.
We help people discover the charm and potential they themselves haven't yet put into words, and together we consider how to present it effectively and what kind of work it can lead to.
Through that experience, I came to strongly believe that there is still untapped value not only in brands, but also in people and organizations.
Ultimately, companies and brands are created by people.
To discover the thoughts and individuality of each person and to shape them into a form that communicates the brand's value to society.
And that value is about making someone's choices, their life, or their way of working even a little bit better.
For me, nurturing a brand and unlocking people's potential are not separate jobs.
I want to continue working to cherish each and every encounter, connecting the value that people and organizations possess to society, and creating a better cycle.
